  1. I just found this page that has all the information I had just e-mailed you asking about!!! I am going to be attending SIT this Fall and my husband is starting to look for work in the area (he is currently a youth pastor). We are from Harrisonburg, VA and this home certainly tugs at our hearts since it and the surroundings remind us of home. I am not sure if you would be open to discussion about the price tag but $1200, honestly $1100ish would be the highest we would be comfortable paying. My husband is a handyman and would be happy to keep everything up and working or do any work around the home/land that is needed. Do you know about what electricity costs on average year round? Also, how many tanks of oil are common to go through during the winter months? Not being from the Northeast, we are trying to decipher how to budget for utilities! Thank you for the consideration 🙂
